RUSINOX Company

Our company is equipped with tubes rolling mills for production of diameters from 6mm up to 140 mm and wall thickness from 0,4 mm up to 4 mm. Tubes up to 63,5 mm can be bright annealed.

Welding of pipes is carried out using laser radiation sources. Laser beam welding has high power density (on the order of 1 MW/cm2) resulting in small heat-affected zones and high heating and cooling rates. Characteristic feature of the Laser welding is a small welding seam but extremely deep.

Round Tubes up to 85mm and profile tubes up 100*100 mm can be grinded and mirror polished. We are able to reach an extremely high surface quality (Ra 0,06µm)

Moreover the production department is equipped with a slitting line and own laboratory.
